Manchester City will host Crystal Palace in a Premier League make-up match from Matchday 31, looking to continue a dominant run against the Eagles. The reigning champions have not lost in their last eight top-flight encounters with Palace, securing five wins and three draws.
City’s last defeat to Crystal Palace came in October 2021, when they fell 2-0 at home. Since then, Pep Guardiola’s side have remained unbeaten, a record they will aim to protect at the Etihad Stadium.
Interestingly, Crystal Palace have managed to score exactly two goals in each of their last four away league games against City. However, they have only won one of those matches, with one draw and two losses. Should Palace score twice again, they would become only the second team to net two or more goals in five consecutive away Premier League games against Manchester City, a run currently held by Tottenham Hotspur.
